Voici une journée type :
- Supporter la croissance e-commerce : gérer et redistribuer les commandes en ligne, proposer des produits alternatifs ou complémentaires pour répondre aux besoins des clients
- Encadrer et soutenir les clients : répondre aux demandes par clavardage, courriels et appels téléphoniques, fournir des informations sur les prix et les produits, et résoudre les problèmes en temps opportun
- Faciliter l’expérience en ligne : assurer le suivi des problèmes de service à la clientèle et vérifier que les engagements sont respectés
- Résoudre les problèmes techniques : gérer les problèmes mineurs et signaler les plus complexes au gestionnaire e-commerce
- Gérer les retours : traiter toutes les demandes de retour des clients
