Job Description
Mission
As a senior project manager, join a team dedicated to the delivery of urban infrastructure projects of all sizes, including major projects such as the redevelopment of Guillaume-Couture Boulevard.
To increase the infrastructure expertise of the Quebec City office team, you will mainly manage projects for our municipal clients, which will sometimes be multidisciplinary in nature.
Your experience will be put to good use in project management and client relations, in the context of design and work supervision projects.
Our flexible hybrid work policy will allow you to work alternately in our Quebec City office and from home.
Primary Responsibilities
- Act as a project manager for several large-scale urban infrastructure projects by leading, collaborating and ensuring the quality of drawings and specifications, engineering concepts and work supervision.
- Act as a technical reference in the engineering field and resolve complex issues by mentoring less experienced resources and sharing your knowledge.
- Coordinate resources and various professionals and liaise with other internal disciplines to produce deliverables on time and according to priorities.
- Meet with clients, present projects, plan needs, prepare proposals, establish budgets and schedules, and monitor the progress of projects from both a technical and budgetary perspective.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum of 10 years experience in civil engineering.
- Member of the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec (OIQ).
- Command of the French language, both spoken and written.
