As a Fabricator, and a member of our team you should :
- Strive to be the best person you can be. This doesn't directly relate only to your quality of work, but as a genuine loyal, honest, happy human!
- Be friendly, outgoing, and have great people skills! Being able to talk to clients and coworkers about more than just work is an important relationship building trait.
- Have a drivers license, you may be required to do site visits / checks, meet with clients and oversee installs on larger projects.
- You should be willing to learn, and learn from your mistakes. Also, being open to giving advice to others on new / different ways to create products.
- Have a great eye for detail. Details can make or break a project in each and every phase. Not every project is the same, and may require different levels of problem solving.
As a Lead Fabricator, the team will rely on you to take the project from the start of production, to a paint ready product.
The duties that are included in this (but not limited to) are :
- Attending take-off meetings with the sales rep, production manager, and installation manager.
- Coordinating with our design / pre-press team and client
- Leading the project through the production process, ensuring all deliverables are met on time, on budget, and top quality.
- MIG and TIG welding
- Working with Acrylics / Plastics
- Working with Low Voltage / LEDs
- Wood Fabrication

- Salary of $75K - $90K (worked in to an hourly rate)
