Working in this constantly growing company involves working on a multitude of projects such as onboarding processes, employee well-being, renewal of group insurance, implementation of processes and procedures, and much more.
Specifically, you will : - Collaborate with leaders to align HR efforts with business goals - Develop and execute HR programs, policies, and procedures with the HR team - Advise on HR matters, including employee relations, performance, and engagement - Assist in recruitment, interviews, and selection processes - Facilitate smooth onboarding for new hires - Handle employee relations, investigations, and support - Provide HR training on management, compliance, and leadership - Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, both internal and external - Advocate for fairness, open communication, and conflict resolution - Stay updated on HR trends, laws, and tech for policy adjustments You are the right person for this role if you have : - Bachelor's degree in HR or related field - At least 5 years' experience in an HR advisory capacity, HR Managers and Directors welcomed - CPHR or any post diploma education is a strong asset - Demonstrated ability to manage both tactical and strategic HR functions - Proven track record of leading multiple HR projects - Proficiency with reporting and metrics - Exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills (bilingualism to report to managers in Vancouver) - Adaptive self-motivator and team player with a can-do approach and thrives in fast-paced, expanding, changing, and growing environment What this company offers : - Salary up to $115K - 15% bonus - 4 weeks of vacation + 1 during holidays - 10 personal / sick days - Full collective insurances paid mainly by employer - 2% match RRSP - Very flexible work environment where you can manage your own time and agendaPlease note that this role does require an on-site presence 80 to 90% of the time as most employees in the company work fully on site.
