What You Would Do in This Role

The Application Specialist is a key member of Vista’s System Integration (SI) team, contributing to the development and support of digital twins and EPC 4.0 intelligent design systems that leverage both existing and emerging technologies. This role focuses on the configuration, integration, and optimization of engineering and design applications to ensure seamless project execution across disciplines. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, Project Management, and IT teams to deliver fit‑for‑purpose solutions that enhance productivity, maintain data integrity, and support digital project execution. Duties include :

• Liaise with Engineering, Design, Project Management and IT teams to ensure that the implementation of Design Software tools meet the needs of all stakeholders
• Configure, deploy, and maintain AVEVA and related design software applications to meet project requirements. Typical software includes : AVEVA Engineering, AVEVA E3D, AVEVA Point Cloud Manager, AVEVA P&ID, AVEVA Diagrams, AVEVA Administration, AVEVA AIM, etc.
• Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for engineering and design applications
• Manage AVEVA user creation, access control, and license administration
• Configure and maintain AVEVA Integration Services (AIS) and associated system integrations
• Identify opportunities for process automation and application improvement to enhance team efficiency
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to design and implement digital solutions that integrate data and workflows across systems
• Maintain documentation for application configurations, user guides, and best practices
• Performing other duties as required
