Service Manager
Our client in the lower mainland is looking for a Service Manager to come join their team and start contributing right away.
You will be responsible for managing and overseeing the service team through the day to day operations while keeping the long term business goals and strategy in mind and helping to improve overall performance and customer experience.
Responsibilities will include :
- Managing service team and ensuring goals and objectives are met
- Training, develop and coach team members
- Perform reviews and provide feedback on performance
- Take point on customer interactions and delegate as needed
- Be up to speed on industry safety regulations and ensure all team members are adhering to guidelines accordingly
- Monitor and resolve any issues relating to customer service or internal department issues
- Perform inspections and make sure all work and service is being done according to regulatory and company standards
- Prepare reports and other paperwork as required
- Organize and conduct training and demonstrations for your team members and be up on any industry trainings that you can coordinate for your team
This position requires you to be on-site working general business hours at the facility Monday to Friday.
Compensation range is $120K-$130K annual with excellent benefits, RRSP matching and vacation
Requirements :
- Minimum 5 years working as a service coordinator or service manager
- Industry experience working as a technician in either mechanical services, electrical or power generator contracting industries
- Must have a minimum of of 5 years proven leadership experience
- Must be comfortable giving feedback and training employees
- Must be comfortable dealing and mediating any customer service issues if they arise
- Must be available to work onsite full time
- Must be physically capable to lift 50lbs
- Must be legally entitled to work in Canada
