Electrical Engineering Lead

Overview

Actalent's client, a large international Engineering firm, is seeking an Electrical Engineer who will lead engineering projects, provide technical oversight, mentor junior staff, and support project execution from design through delivery. This role includes coordinating engineering activities, participating in internal and client meetings, supporting procurement activities, and ensuring deliverables meet quality and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate electrical engineering projects for energy-sector clients.
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior engineers and technical staff.
• Participate in project meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary project teams.
• Assist with equipment selection, specifications, and procurement processes.
• Prepare and review engineering documentation, drawings, and technical reports.
• Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and client requirements.
• Support design development and troubleshoot project execution issues as needed.

The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $90.00 / hr.
