Job Description
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams toevaluate production plans and processes ensuring alignment withoperational targets and company goals.
- Analyzeproduction efficiency and proactively manage downtime to sustainoptimal productivity levels.
- Lead theimplementation of the 3R5S methodology to enhance operational flowreduce waste and maintain an organized work environment.
- Develop and monitor processes and KPIs focused on wastereduction cost control and ensuring timely delivery tocustomers.
- Maintain a clean organized and safefactory environment upholding the highest standards of operationalexcellence.
Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in a productionmanagement or control role.
- 5 years ofexperience in the manufacturing or automotive industry.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office especially Excel for dataanalysis and reporting.
