SAP Cutover Lead

Our Vancouver based client is seeking for an experienced SAP Cutover Lead to join their project immediately and will run for 1 year, with possibility of an extension. The ideal candidate should have proven experience leading SAP cutover activities in large-scale implementations, with a focus on meticulous planning, risk management, and seamless execution. This will be a hybrid role with the exact amount of on-site scheduled days to be confirmed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the SAP cutover process from legacy systems to SAP S/4HANA.
• Develop and maintain detailed cutover plans, schedules, and timelines.
• Coordinate with functional and technical teams to identify cutover tasks and dependencies.
• Manage data migration, validation, and reconciliation activities.
• Oversee system readiness checks and pre-cutover simulations.
• Ensure smooth execution of cutover activities during go-live.
• Act as the main point of contact for cutover-related issues and escalations.
• Document cutover activities, lessons learned, and post-go-live support procedures.
• Monitor risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize business disruption.
• Support post-go-live stabilization and hypercare activities.

• Must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
