This position is based in Edmonton and will contribute to the growth of our EMIE Group in Canada and abroad.

The role offers the opportunity to serve as a Project Manager and Technical Lead for multi‑disciplinary teams working on civil and geotechnical engineering projects in the following practice areas :

• Highway and railway geohazard engineering (assessments, investigations, instrumentation, design, tendering, construction administration)
• Water supply / management, power generation and mining projects (assessments, investigations, instrumentation, analysis and designs for rehabilitation and removal of dams and associated facilities, tendering, construction administration)
• Dam safety assignments for civil and mining dams (dam safety reviews and inspections, annual performance reviews, instrumentation data reviews)

Other responsibilities include building and maintaining client relationships, engaging in business development, working in a multidisciplinary team environment that fosters career development, and traveling within western and northern Canada (primarily Alberta, British Columbia, Northwest Territories, and Yukon Territory). The position requires a Professional Engineer registration in Canada and a minimum of 5 years of related experience.
