We are currently seeking a Project Manager for our marketing team! You enjoy interacting with clients, suppliers and be comfortable managing a wide range of project types including responsive web design, email and social campaigns, app development, video production and print to name a few! A large project load doesn’t scare you.The Project Manager is a visible leader and authority for team members and external stakeholders;

we rely on your wise judgment, your ability to create positive client and internal experiences, and your desire and know-how desire to work through challenges.

Responsibilities : Management of projects within assigned portfolioDetermining and documenting scopes of workDeveloping and tracking budgets and timelinesManaging internal resources and external vendorsDriving projects forward ensuring deliverables are metManaging and mitigating project riskManaging stakeholder expectations through effective communicationParticipating in brainstorming meetingsManaging weekly status calls and budget reviewsCreating project documentationDelivering high quality work while meeting budgetary, timeline and scope constraintsEnsure junior team members stay on task and have sufficient mentorshipWe’re looking for someone with : 4+ years of Project Management experience in marketing / advertising client agencies.

Proven ability to execute marketing and communications strategic direction, influence diverse leaders, and collaborate effectively with teamsStrong preference for candidates with prior experience in advertising / marketing agenciesDemonstrated experience in managing evolving timelines and project plans while adhering to strategic objectives and quality standardsComfortable navigating ambiguous project requirements and finding effective solutionsExcellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of presenting ideas and strategies effectivelyCreative thinker with a strategic mindset, capable of identifying innovative marketing opportunities We are Believeco : PartnersBelieveco : Partners is an independent owner, operator and builder of the foremost partner-led marketing, communications, and engagement agencies made up of Believeco, our full-service marketing agency, Argyle our public relations and advisory engagement agency and Castlemain, our Indigenous advisory firm.
