Responsibilities :
- Provide leadership and strategic direction to the HRBP team, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and priorities.
- Oversee the delivery of HR services and support to all divisions, including employee relations, talent management, performance management, and organizational development.
- Partner with senior leaders to understand business objectives and develop HR strategies that drive employee engagement, retention, and organizational effectiveness.
- Lead the development and implementation of HR policies, programs, and initiatives to support a positive employee experience and foster a culture of inclusion and diversity.
- Collaborate with the HR leadership team to digest HR metrics and analytics to measure the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives.
- Mentor and develop HRBP team members, providing guidance, coaching, and support to enhance their skills and capabilities.
- Manage HR projects and initiatives, ensuring timely and successful implementation in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Participate in M&A related work; the organization is an acquisitive company and the role will be responsible for integrating new clinics into the network, ensuring a seamless integration process as the organization seeks to scale in a thoughtful manner.

Education and Experience :
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certification (e.g., CHRP, CHRL) preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership or management role overseeing HRBP teams.
- Strong knowledge of employment law, HR policies, and regulatory requirements in Canada.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office Suite.
