Sales Representative (Read This Before You Apply)

You’ll be supporting live recruitment searches and driving new business through LinkedIn, email, and outbound sales tools. If you pick things up quickly, this role can turn into a Recruitment / Sales Associate within 30-60 days, with added responsibility (and upside) for top performers.
What You’ll Actually Be Doing
- Prospecting daily on LinkedIn (based on org's, funding etc), email, and phone, non-negotiable
- Driving outbound sales activity and booking client meetings - we will show you what to do
- Supporting senior recruiters on live searches (sourcing, scheduling, systems, execution)
- Managing candidate data, screening, and follow-ups
- Writing sharp, personalized outreach (no copy-paste thinking)
- Managing inboxes, outbound tools, and lead tracking
- Coordinating recruitment processes from start to finish
- Juggling multiple priorities across tools, tabs, and timelines

Market research experienceUnderstanding org charts and decision-makersCompensation$18–$25 / hour + commission, this will change in 30-60 days if you hit deliverables.
