You’ll be supporting live recruitment searches and driving new business through LinkedIn, email, and outbound sales tools. If you pick things up quickly, this role can turn into a Recruitment / Sales Associate within 30-60 days, with added responsibility (and upside) for top performers.

What You’ll Actually Be Doing

• Prospecting daily on LinkedIn (based on org's, funding etc), email, and phone, non-negotiable
• Driving outbound sales activity and booking client meetings - we will show you what to do
• Supporting senior recruiters on live searches (sourcing, scheduling, systems, execution)
• Managing candidate data, screening, and follow-ups
• Writing sharp, personalized outreach (no copy-paste thinking)
• Managing inboxes, outbound tools, and lead tracking
• Coordinating recruitment processes from start to finish
• Juggling multiple priorities across tools, tabs, and timelines
