Factory Worker

This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who arelooking to make their mark in the manufacturing industry and be apart of our growing company.
As aFactory Worker at IIQAF you will be responsible for the efficientand effective operation of our production line. Your main dutieswill include assembling inspecting and packaging equipmentaccording to company standards.
In addition you will be expected tomaintain a clean and safe working environment and assist in thecontinual improvement of our manufacturingprocesses.
KeyResponsibilities :
Accurately and efficiently assemble equipment according to companystandards and procedures.
Inspectfinished products to ensure they meet qualitystandards.
Package and label productsfor shipment.
Maintain a clean andorganized work area.
Follow allsafety protocols and report any safetyhazards.
Participate in training andmeetings to improve skills and stay uptodate with companyprocedures.
Identify and communicateany issues or defects in the manufacturingprocess.
Assist in the continuousimprovement of our productionprocesses.
Requirements
High school diploma orequivalent.
Prior experience in a manufacturing or production environment ispreferred but not required.
Abilityto follow instructions and work in a fastpacedenvironment.
Good communication andteamwork skills.
Strong attention todetail and ability to follow processesaccurately.
Ability to operate basictools and equipment.
Basic computerskills.
Must be able to lift at least50 lbs.
Must be able to stand bendand squat for extendedperiods.
