Position Summary

You’re a skilled content marketer who knows how to tell stories that engage, educate and convert. You’ve mastered the fundamentals of great content creation — and you understand that the landscape is evolving fast with AI. You’re already harnessing tools like ChatGPT, Claude and other generative AI platforms to work smarter, move faster and scale your impact.

As a Content Marketing Manager at Trulioo, you’ll create content that builds awareness, drives demand, and positions Trulioo and our executives as a global leader in identity verification and digital trust. You’ll collaborate with a team of marketers, designers and product experts to produce content that turns complex ideas into clear, compelling narratives. This is a hands‑on, high‑impact role for someone who’s creative, data‑driven and AI‑savvy.

This will be a full‑time, permanent position working out of the Vancouver office on a hybrid model (3‑days per week in the office).

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Develop and execute a content strategy and calendar that supports brand awareness, thought leadership and demand generation goals.
  • Create, edit and optimize engaging and high‑quality short and long‑form content across multiple channels — including blog articles, media bylines, web pages, emails, social media and campaign assets.
  • Leverage generative AI tools to accelerate ideation, drafting and optimization while maintaining editorial quality and brand voice.
  • Build and maintain prompt libraries and content workflows that enable scalable, consistent output across the marketing team.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to translate complex topics such as compliance, fraud prevention and digital identity into engaging and accessible content.
  • Apply AEO best practices and analytics to continuously improve content performance and discoverability.
  • A / B test messaging and creative elements to optimize engagement and conversion.
  • Partner with product marketing and growth teams to ensure alignment across campaigns and customer journeys.
  • Monitor industry developments, emerging technologies and content trends to write compelling thought leadership that amplifies Trulioo’s voice in the market.
  • Build a performance‑driven content framework using data, market signals, and competitive intelligence to uncover content gaps, shape messaging, and optimize for engagement, rankings and conversion.
  • Own and maintain the writing and editorial style guide to ensure all content, campaigns, and channels align with consistent voice and tone.
  • What You’ll Bring

  • 4–6 years of experience in content marketing, copywriting or digital marketing — ideally within B2B SaaS, fintech or a technology‑driven environment.
  • Strong writing, editing and storytelling skills — able to make complex topics clear, relatable and compelling.
  • Proven experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, Claude, Notion AI, etc.) to enhance productivity, creativity, and content quality.
  • Understanding of AEO, analytics, and performance measurement tools.
  • A proactive and data‑informed mindset — you use insights to refine your approach and improve results.
  • Ability to work cross‑functionally in a fast‑paced environment with multiple priorities.
  • Curiosity, adaptability and a growth mindset — you’re eager to experiment, learn and evolve with the changing marketing landscape.
