Part-time Receptionist
AUTOLOANSERVICES.CA is a dealership located in Newmarket ON, We are seeking an experienced individual to join our dealership as a Part-Time Receptionist.
As the first point of contact for our valued customers, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service and ensuring smooth operations during evening and Saturday shifts.
Qualifications :
Previous dealership experience is an asset
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in basic computer applications
Must reside in the Newmarket ON (CANADA) area
Key Responsibilities :
Greet and assist customers with enthusiasm and courtesy
Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly and efficiently
Handle administrative tasks such as data entry and filing
Assist in maintaining a clean and organized reception area

Monday to Thursday : 4 : 30 PM to 8 : 00 PM
Saturday : 9 : 00 AM to 4 : 00 PM
