Reservations Agent

We are currently seeking Reservations Agents to join our teamin St. John's, NL.
Job Duties :
- Quote fares and book flights for customers;
- Ticketing support;
- Provide customers with necessary information connected with flights;
- Communicate with customers to determine individual needs;
- Address Customer Service issues with empathy and understanding;
- Provide general information on PAL Airlines policies and procedures;
- Must make use of excellent communication and sales skills;
- When necessary, identify and implement solutions to meet evolving industry and customer needs;
- Other assigned duties as required.
Qualifications :
- Completion of secondary schooling in a related field Is preferred
- 1+ years of customer service experience is required
- Experience in Travel and Tourism is preferred
- Must be flexible to work all shifts and adapt to fluctuations in shift times due to operational and / or unforeseen situations.
