D365 CE Business Analyst

Job Overview :
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Dynamics 365 CE Business Analyst to play a key role in a year-long project, focusing on enhancing customer service operations within Dynamics 365 CE.
This role demands a highly skilled analyst with a deep understanding of D365 CE, who can bridge business needs with technical solutions and ensure efficient, customer-focused system implementations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements, focusing on customer service operations within Dynamics 365 CE.
- Design and document functional specifications to guide the development of custom solutions, including workflows, custom forms, and integrations.
- Assist in configuring and optimizing Dynamics 365 CE modules and Power Platform solutions, especially Power Pages, to enhance system functionality.
- Support end-to-end project activities, including UAT and post-deployment reviews, to ensure quality and alignment with project goals.
- Troubleshoot and provide ongoing support for Dynamics 365 CE implementations, offering solutions to improve performance and usability.
- Ensure all processes meet organizational and technical standards, maintaining clear documentation of configurations and workflows.
Requirements :
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in Dynamics 365 CE, with proven expertise in complex projects and customization best practices.
- Demonstrated understanding of Dynamics 365 CE configuration, particularly in Customer Service modules, and a proficiency with Power Pages to extend functionality.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment, translating business needs into actionable technical specifications.
- Strong documentation skills, along with the ability to clearly communicate insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Skills :
- Experience with CRM workflows, Power Automate, and advanced customization options in Dynamics 365 CE.
- Familiarity with Azure and other Microsoft technologies to support Dynamics 365 CE integrations and advanced functionalities.
