A leading tech firm in Alberta seeks an experienced Application Support Engineer to provide AI-enhanced customer support. In this role, you will investigate complex issues where AI systems require human expertise, applying your technical judgment and coding skills. Ideal candidates will have 3+ years in technical customer support with a strong understanding of generative AI and troubleshooting capabilities. This full-time role offers compensation of $30 USD / hour.
