INTRODUCTION TO ROLE

Stathera is looking for a Senior Test Development Engineer to join our team. We encourage enthusiastic candidates with Bachelor’s, Masters’ or PhD degrees in relevant engineering fields that have an interest in working on innovative projects to apply to this position.

The successful candidate will contribute to the development of Stathera’s Final Testing for integrated products, as well as ASIC and post‑silicon characterization. They will also gain exposure to the full product development cycle. This role involves working closely with Stathera’s CSI team on various projects related to MEMS‑based timing devices and electronic circuits, utilizing both hardware and software tools.

The Senior Test Development Engineer will report directly to the VP of Systems Engineering and is expected to work full‑time (40 hours per week).

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

• Develop ATE Test Solutions for Stathera's MEMS precision timing products.
• Deploy Product Test Solutions to OSATs and Test Houses.
• Lead the transfer of the test solution to the Production environment.
• Collaborate effectively with overseas OSATs and Test Houses.
• Contribute to the improvement and optimization of High‑Volume Testing and yield.
• Design and Develop Bench Validation hardware and software.
• Analyze and process data, and generate comprehensive reports.
