Dozer Operator

DOZER OPERATOR - Earthworks Construction

Expected Start Date : April 2026

WCL is looking for an experienced Dozer Operator who knows their machine and takes pride in good work. If you can grade clean, work safe, and handle long days, we want you on our crew.

WHAT YOU NEED :

• 3–5+ years dozer experience in heavy civil construction.
• Strong at grading, pushing dirt, and moving material.
• Experience on CAT, John Deere, or similar equipment.
• Able to complete daily machine checks and basic maintenance.
• Solid grade control and ability to read plans and stakes.
• Safety-minded with strong job site awareness.
• Willing to work long hours in all weather conditions.
• Team player with clear on-site communication.
• Able to adapt and problem-solve when conditions change.
• GPS and machine control experience is an asset.

REQUIRED TICKETS :

Valid Class 5 Driver’s License.

WHMIS & CSTS 2020 (or willing to obtain).

SCHEDULE :

7 : 00 AM – 6 : 00 PM (30-minute lunch).

12 days on / 2 days off (every second weekend off).

Weather dependent work.
