Administrative Assistant Office coordinator

YOUR ROLE :

As an Office Coordinator - Receptionist, you will support the administration in the administrative coordination of the office.

Your main responsibilities will include, among others :

  • Assist in the administration in daily operations of the office;
  • Provide administrative support to management ;
  • Relief reception and welcoming guests and employees;
  • Manage office accounts payments and invoicing;
  • Manage correspondence and orders ;
  • Any other related tasks.

REQUIRED SKILLS :

  • Diploma of Vocational Studies (DVS);
  • Relevant experience in a similar role in a professional services environment;
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills;
  • Good knowledge of both languages French and English (spoken and written);
  • Good organizational sense and priority management;
  • Good communication skills;
  • Professionalism and courtesy.
