YOUR ROLE :
As an Office Coordinator - Receptionist, you will support the administration in the administrative coordination of the office.
Your main responsibilities will include, among others :
- Assist in the administration in daily operations of the office;
- Provide administrative support to management ;
- Relief reception and welcoming guests and employees;
- Manage office accounts payments and invoicing;
- Manage correspondence and orders ;
- Any other related tasks.
REQUIRED SKILLS :
- Diploma of Vocational Studies (DVS);
- Relevant experience in a similar role in a professional services environment;
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills;
- Good knowledge of both languages French and English (spoken and written);
- Good organizational sense and priority management;
- Good communication skills;
- Professionalism and courtesy.
