Tasks
- Answering client calls and providing information about the services offered.
- Welcoming visitors and providing necessary information.
- Transcribing bids into Word and Excel.
- Inputting and opening client files.
- Managing the administrative aspects of projects (required documents, management and tracking of communications and emails, purchase orders, and project closing and archiving).
- Verifying Revenu Québec certificates.
- Performing any other related tasks.

Job requirements
- DVS in Secretarial Studies or equivalent experience.
- At least three years of administrative support experience.
- Experience in the construction industry is considered an asset.
- Excellent command of French, both oral and written, and functional English.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
