Tasks

  • Answering client calls and providing information about the services offered.
  • Welcoming visitors and providing necessary information.
  • Transcribing bids into Word and Excel.
  • Inputting and opening client files.
  • Managing the administrative aspects of projects (required documents, management and tracking of communications and emails, purchase orders, and project closing and archiving).
  • Verifying Revenu Québec certificates.
  • Performing any other related tasks.

Job requirements

  • DVS in Secretarial Studies or equivalent experience.
  • At least three years of administrative support experience.
  • Experience in the construction industry is considered an asset.
  • Excellent command of French, both oral and written, and functional English.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
