This resource will have working knowledge and experience of IT infrastructure environments including general concepts of workstation / server hardware, and a general understanding of line‑of‑business applications and architectures. The resource must have a sound understanding of IT Change and Communication Management. A proven ability to function on an individual basis and in a team environment is essential. Resources awareness of existing GoA and department IT policies, procedures, standards, guidelines and practices is an asset.
Responsibilities
- Work collaboratively in a team environment to deliver services.
- Work with delivery teams and stakeholders, including business partners and GoA technical staff to understand detailed requirements of transfers, which could include : planning of timing; process confirmation; communication and coordination of script executions; etc.
- Participate in creating and prioritizing a backlog of work, estimate effort, and commit to scope of work for predictable completion of content transfers.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, user guides, and training materials to support all aspects of the content transfer service.
- Guide business partners on technical aspects of ECM solutions and shared drives relating to requested transfers.
- Create and generate scripting, workflows, documents, logging, etc. to support content transfers.
- Migrate content which may include : mapping, transformation, loading, and testing of scripting or supporting application runs.
- Copy files in a secured way and confirm file integrity.
- Other responsibilities as required or requested.
Experience
Complex SharePoint projects including solutions depending on managed metadata, workflows, forms, and user interface customization.Scripting tools, such as PowerShell.The development, integration, and support of Microsoft SharePoint 2016 and Microsoft 365 SharePoint Online.#J-18808-Ljbffr
