POSITION SUMMARY
Our Retail Sales Associates play an active role in delivering exceptional customer service and selling merchandise to our fans at the team store and other kiosks.
This is a part-time, hourly, events-based position.
A typical shift includes :
- Delivering exceptional customer service and providing a friendly and welcoming environment
- Engaging customers through open-ended questions and demonstrating the product
- Assisting with indirect service initiatives including merchandising, replenishment, floor plans, signage, organization, and product layout
- Accurately handling cash and effectively processing transactions using POS system
- Responsible for daily opening and closing duties including cashing in and end of day paperwork
- Other duties as required
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS :
- Previous experience in a customer service role
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
- A commitment to teamwork and working in a fun and friendly atmosphere
- Enthusiastic and self-motivated with an eagerness to learn more about the retail industry
- Excellent interpersonal and problem solving skills
- A natural ability to communicate with people with confidence and professionalism
