They are seeking a Senior Project Manager to join their team on a permanent basis.
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects with minimal director involvement.
- Guide and mentor Project Managers, ensuring adherence to company processes and successful project outcomes.
- Manage budgeting, scheduling, and reporting for projects.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for projects, ensuring clear communication and timely execution.
Ideal Candidate Requirements :
- 10+ years of Project Management experience in construction (commercial / institutional preferred).
- 2+ years of leadership experience in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of construction methods and project management principles.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
