20 plus RSP Shifts : Monday Friday 08 : 00 - 16 : 00 (full-time); occasional evening and weekends as needed. Reports to : Client Service Manager Job Responsibilities : Provide superior customer service to clients and general public.
Scheduled security staff and security contractor escorts. Book appointments and reserve meeting rooms using Outlook calendar.
Provide access control and security foot patrols as needed. Proactively respond to and resolve emergency situations and conflicts.
Complete evacuation and emergency response procedures. Communicate problems or concerns to the Client Service Manager. Qualifications and Experience : Must be able to obtain a reliable status security clearance with Government of Canada.
Must have excellent working knowledge of Microsoft suite programs to book appointments. Must be able to stand and sit for long periods at a time.
Must be able to work in a range of weather conditions to perform outdoor foot patrols. Must be fluent in the English language - written, verbal and reading skills.
Must have a positive attitude with a professional demeanor, and strong interpersonal skills. Have excellent attention to detail to fulfill duties and responsibilities and incident report writing.
Have excellent problem-solving skills with an ability to handle emergency situations in a calm manner. Have the ability to work independently and make sound decisions in varying situations.
