About the Role
We are seeking a driven and entrepreneurial Business Development Associate to generate new human resource business opportunities, engage prospective clients, and close sales. This role is ideal for a results-oriented professional who thrives in a performance-based environment and enjoys building long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities for HR services (recruitment, HR consulting, workforce solutions, training, payroll, etc.)
- Prospect and engage potential clients through cold outreach, networking, referrals, and follow-ups
- Conduct sales presentations and needs assessments
- Lead the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing
- Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat and referral business
- Maintain accurate sales and pipeline records
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience in business development, B2B sales, recruitment, staffing, or HR services
- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Comfortable with commission-only compensation
- Existing business or HR-related network is a strong asset
