We are currently seeking a Staffing Manager to support our clients in Saskatchewan.

Job Type : Full-Time / Part-Time / Contract

Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Staffing Manager to oversee the staffing operations for our clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing recruitment processes, developing staffing strategies, and ensuring that staffing needs are met efficiently and effectively.

Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and implement staffing strategies to meet client needs and organizational goals
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and hiring
  • Oversee the staffing team and provide guidance, support, and training as needed
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their staffing requirements and ensure satisfaction
  • Analyze staffing needs and trends to make informed decisions and recommendations
  • Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws, regulations, and company policies
  • Prepare and present staffing reports and metrics to management and clients
  • Handle any staffing-related issues or challenges and provide solutions to ensure smooth operations
  • Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to align staffing strategies with overall business objectives

Qualifications :

  • Post-secondary education in human resources, business administration, or a related field
  • Previous experience in staffing management or a similar role is required
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and staffing best practices
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships and manage expectations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and staffing software
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
