95 per hour upon hiring with regular salary increases and a $1.80 per hour night premium- Unionized job- Regular salary increases according to the collective agreement- 12-hour shifts, rotating day and night, including one weekend off every two weeks (from 8 AM to 8 PM and from 8 PM to 8 AM, 2 weeks of days and 2 weeks of nights)- 2 weeks of vacation- 7 days on, 7 days off schedule- Benefits after the probationary period, including comprehensive insurance with 65% paid by the employer- RRSP with employer contribution after the probationary period, 5% employer contribution- Full safety equipment provided by the employer- 20 additional days off : 8 public holidays, 6 days off during the holiday season, 4 personal days, and 2 sick days- Possible hiring without experienceResponsibilities : - Perform preventive maintenance, repair, modification, fabrication, or installation of any device or component related to plant equipment- Install, repair, disassemble, modify, assemble, inspect, calibrate, adjust, and maintain all types of equipment, including hydraulic and pneumatic systems- Maintain equipment maintenance records and tool inventory- Support management in ensuring compliance with health and safety guidelines- Prepare weekly activity reports- Perform any other related tasks as requiredRequirements : - Hold a DEC, AEC, or DEP in industrial mechanics or a relevant field- Have training from Quebec or equivalent training from outside Quebec- Be available to work both day and night shifts, as well as rotating 12-hour shifts from 8 AM to 8 PM or from 8 PM to 8 AM- Demonstrate the ability to diagnose and resolve issues related to hydraulics, pneumatics, and mechanicsTo apply, please contact Émilie Piché at 450 463-5314 or send your resume in Word or PDF format to : emilie.
