Job Description :
As a Health & Safety Specialist, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing all safety standards. You will be responsible for implementing safety protocols, conducting regular safety audits, and providing safety training to the staff.
Responsibilities :
- Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Develop and implement safety protocols and preventive measures.
- Provide safety training to staff working with or around electrical equipment and installations.
- Guide the selection process of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Investigate accidents, identify their causes and recommend improvements in safety standards.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety, Industrial Hygiene, or related field.
- Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or equivalent certification is preferred.
- Proven experience as a Health & Safety Specialist in the electrical industry.
- In-depth knowledge of health and safety regulations and procedures.
- Excellent communication and training skills.
