Staffinityis seeking a Scheduler - ICI for an industry leading Canadian client. This is afull time, permanent, in-office position.
The base salary range is 90-110k plusprofit sharing, employee shares, benefits, vacation and RRSP matching. Theworking hours are daytime, Monday to Friday.
Responsibilities :
- Createa master schedule incorporating the CPM schedule and the contractor’s schedule.
- Trackactivities and changes to the critical path.
- Create,monitor, and analyze project schedules.
- Track,analyze, and report information.
- Ensureaccuracy of project schedules and performed version control.
- Monitorproject’s progress, including identifying critical activities and reviewingforecasts and progress.
- Trackbaselines, perform what-if analysis, and develop contingency plans.
- Identifyproject issues, monitor action items, and work with the project manager toensure resolution.
- Workwith the project managers and discipline leads on project status.
- Identifyopportunities for improvement, delays, and areas where additional concentrationwould be required.
Qualifications :
- EngineeringDegree / Diploma or equivalent.
- 5+years of construction scheduling experience.
- AdvancedPrimavera P6 and Microsoft Project is required.
- Procoreknowledge is an asset.
- Experiencescheduling on large ICI construction projects preferred.
