Summer Student Maintenance Worker

Position Description / Summary :

The primary objective is to create, promote, and conduct activities which contribute to communities being healthier places to live.

The Summer Student Worker will possess leadership qualities, demon strate positive attitude, and possess a willingness to work on community projects.

Some activities may include spring clean up, culture camps, family camps, and other activities as directed.

Duties & Responsibilities :

• Work closely with Maintenance Worker and Maintenance Supervisor
• Day to day maintenance of all ICFS buildings
• Yard maintenance (cutting grass and weeds)
• Ability to work independently and under minimal supervision
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements :

• Grade 12 diploma
• Must have a Class 5 Driver’s License
• Must be able to provide a recent and satisfactory Criminal Record check, Driver’s Abstract and Child Abuse Record check
