Hourly salary of $24.13.

8monthcontract.

Fulltime (37.50 hoursper week).

Onsite presence isrequired.

Work schedule from 8 amto 4 pm or 9 am to 5 pm.

Responsibilities :

Provide support for all reported enduser related incidents.Diagnose and resolve clientreported problems associated with EndUser Computing services (desktop laptop printer peripheralsenterprise applications).

Conductinventory control and lifecycle asset management for endusercomputing devices. Manage the inventory control system participatein audits prepare detailed reports for inventory validation andexecute asset procurementactivities.

Execute the PCrefresh strategy. Organize desktop and notebook hardware refreshactivities for end users according to predetermined timelines.

Coordinate and schedule refresh work ensuring compliance withestablished procedures for hardware devicerefresh.

Process and fulfillclient service requests for Installs Moves Adds Changes &Deletes. Execute service request types within established responsetargets.

Schedule work associated with the request consideringbusiness priorities and clientavailability.

Participate in keysoftware and hardware deployment projects. Work as part of broadertechnology initiatives playing a service deployment role for majorimplementations such as PC operating system upgrades securitysoftware upgrades and enterprise applicationrollouts.

Manage and maintainsupport procedures and operational documentation. Ensure proceduraldocumentation is current andaccurate.

Whatyou will need tosucceed :

Technical education and training resulting in certification(productspecific vendorspecific or technical courses) in any areaof support for personal computers including computer operatingsystems computer hardware repair and PCconfiguration.

Demonstratedknowledge and skills with PC operating systems (specificallyWindows XP and Windows 7) computer hardware repair and deviceconnectivity (TCP / IP network adapterconfiguration).

Solidunderstanding of network (WAN LAN VPN) and telephonysystems.

Working knowledge ofenterprise software tools such as Lotus Notes Microsoft Office andInternet Explorer.

1 year offield support experience in end user support software supportcomputer hardware configuration and / or repair Help Desk / ServiceDesk support.

Experience incustomer service.

Effectivecommunication skills both verbally and in writtenform.

Experience interacting andworking with thirdlevel technicians / engineers and external vendorsis a plus.

Demonstratedexperience managing competing demands and working in a fastpacedenvironment.

ERC isrequired.
