Reporting to the Marquis Road Team Leader, responsibilities for this position include the following :
Demonstrate the behaviors and actions to support Lake Country Co-operative’s vision, mission, values, and safety
principles to make a difference in members lives, with a strong customer focused approach
- Provide Legendary Service through various communication channels
- Receive, price and display merchandise as required for assigned areas
- Demonstrate a good working understanding of the point-of-sale operations
- Perform all necessary daily reconciliations and reports as assigned
- Be familiar with and adhere to all Lake Country Co-op policies and procedures and be responsible in the areas of safety
and asset protection
- Perform other duties as assigned

Who you are :
You are looking for a career in Retail Store Operations and Customer Service :
- You are honest and trustworthy, are results orientated, and are proud of the work that you do
- You are well organized and capable of attaining a high level of production with a minimum amount of supervision
- You have customer service experience; Co-operative Retailing System experience is considered an asset
- You are attentive to detail and have strong cash management skills
- You can fulfil the physical job requirements - standing, walking, lifting 20-25 lbs regularly
- You have point-of-sale experience and can work in a fast paced, guest facing environment
- You have a flexible work schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays
