Dental Receptionist / Treatment Coordinator – Full Time (Start ASAP)

Our busy and friendly dental office in London, Ontario is looking for an experienced and motivated Dental Receptionist / Treatment Coordinator to join our team. We take pride in providing exceptional patient care in a positive, team-oriented environment.

About the Role

  • Start Date : ASAP.
  • Schedule : Full-time, every other Saturday required.
  • Wage : $23–$27 per hour, depending on experience.
  • Software : Tracker.

    • Key Responsibilities :

  • Greet and assist patients with professionalism and warmth.
  • Manage appointment scheduling and patient flow.
  • Process insurance breakdowns and treatment submissions.
  • Handle financial discussions and payment arrangements.
  • Coordinate treatment plans and follow up with patients.
  • Collaborate closely with the clinical and administrative team.

    • Qualifications :

  • Previous experience as a dental receptionist or treatment coordinator.
  • Proficiency with Tracker software (or willingness to learn).
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Experience with insurance billing and treatment coordination.
  • Positive, team-focused attitude.
  • Arabic-speaking is considered an asset.
