Internal Operations Coordinator

Our product offerings include live 3D makeup and skin care simulation, anti-aging / skin-care diagnostics, and live hair colour simulation.
We are looking for an Internal Operations Coordinator to help ModiFace’s Operations Team manage our employee experience, optimize our daily operations and streamline our internal processes.

If you love wearing many hats, and having a real impact on the success of the company, we want to hear from you!What You’ll DoOur Operations Coordinator will be responsible for 3 main pillars : HR & Employee Experience Recruiting Onboarding & Offboarding Learning & Development Activities Daily Support Administration Maintain internal databases / trackers / documentation for HR & Operations Travel Management (research and booking) Health & Safety Committee ChairCoordinate with building operations for operational items / activities / bookingsWorkplace & Employee Experience Social Club & in-office activities Company Events Office organization : ordering supplies & equipment, device management, catering, etc.
