AS400 JD :
- 10 years of Production Supportexperience in Applications and Processes of highlycomplexity
- Provides highly complex functionalsupport for applications prioritizes issues and distributes ticketto the appropriate team for resolution
- Isolates highly difficult or significantly ambiguousissues by reproducing the incident identifying invalid data withinthe database and / or tracing transactions through infrastructure toidentify failure point
- Creates DB2 400 / SQLscripts to correct invalid data within the database
- Creates and updates Standard Operating Procedures(SOPs)
- Presents Communicates and articulatestechnically complex information to stakeholders.
- Resource to work in 16 / 5 support that includes 2nd shiftand night shift in rotational basis.
