Whatis in it foryou :

Hourly salary of $40 to $45 based onexperience.

6monthcontract.

Fulltime position : 37.50 hours per week.

Hybridwork : 2 days per week at theoffice.

Responsibilities :

Ensure the timely completion of daily monthly and quarterlyactivities related to operational management controls and conductthorough followups to ensurecompliance.

Utilize yourleadership technical skills and effective communication toinfluence the organization to enhance existing control processeswhile maintaining the coverage of associatedrisks.

Collaborate withstakeholders to address any identified discrepancies promptly andeffectively.

Whatyou will need tosucceed :

Bachelors degree in finance administration or a relatedfield.

25 years of experience incompliance accounting sales or a related field with demonstratedaptitude for communication and customerservice.

Intermediate to advancedproficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Familiarity with SAP.

Ability toaddress sensitive issues with various business groupseffectively.

Bilingual in Englishand French (spoken and written).

Excellent communication skills.

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborateeffectively within a team.

Capacity to maintain productive working relationships withcolleagues.

Demonstrated abilityto prioritize tasks work autonomously and take proactiveinitiatives.

Quick adaptabilityto diverse situations and a willingness tolearn.

Ability to thrive in adynamic demanding and evolvingenvironment.
