We are seeking a skilled IT Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing day-to-day IT support for desktops, servers, Microsoft 365, networks, security, and residential IT. This role requires a proactive individual with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Must have a valid driver’s license.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide technical support for desktops, servers, and network infrastructure.
- Manage and maintain Microsoft 365 services and applications.
- Ensure the security and integrity of IT systems and data.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
- Assist with the setup and maintenance of residential IT systems.
- Monitor and manage IT infrastructure to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with other IT team members to implement and improve IT solutions.
- Document and maintain IT procedures and processes.
- Work both in-house and at clients’ office or home.
Qualifications :
Proven experience as an IT Technician or similar role.Strong knowledge of desktop and server hardware and software.Experience with Microsoft 365 administration and support.Understanding of network protocols, security, and infrastructure.Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft 365 Certified : Endpoint Administrator Associate) are a plus.#J-18808-Ljbffr
