Youre a detail-oriented operator who thrives at the intersection of sales, systems, and process. You bring strong technical acumen with CRM and revenue operations tools, HubSpot specifically, and enjoy turning complex deals and contracts into accurate, actionable data.
Youre comfortable partnering cross-functionally to keep deals moving smoothly and compliantly, with a sharp eye for pricing, contract details, and process improvement. You care deeply about accuracy, scalability, and helping revenue teams operate at their best.
THE ROLE
The Deal Desk Manager owns and optimizes the Sales Order Process (SOP) from opportunity through contract execution. This role partners with Marketing, Sales, Customer Support and Finance to ensure accurate pricing, compliant contracting, high-quality CRM data, and seamless handoff for activation and billing. The role ensures commercial structures and system data support accurate provisioning, reporting, and forecasting.
