We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven New Home Sales Professional to join our team and help us deliver on our customer promise.

As a New Home Sales Professional, you will be responsible for guiding prospective buyers through the home buying process, from initial lead generation to closing.

Working out of our Model Homes, you will represent our brand and help our customers find their dream home while providing exceptional customer service along the way.

Working directly with our customers (homebuyers and investors) and realtor partners, this is an exceptional opportunity for those who have a passion for new home sales and customer service, all while driving results to achieve their sales goals and KPIs.

The position will be mobile between several of our premium new home communities in the Guelph and KW area.

What You’ll be Doing :

  • Act as a representative of Fusion Homes to guide prospective purchases and realtors through the new home buying process.
  • Develop and implement creative strategies to identify and generate leads to expand our customer base.
  • Welcome and engage with potential homebuyers as they enter the sales office or model home, fostering genuine connections to gain insight into their preferences and establish trust.
  • Conduct initial needs assessments to understand the customer’s requirements and budget, providing them with expert guidance and support.
  • Prepare and present Purchase and Sale Agreements, Amendments, and related documents with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Responsible for achieving all sales targets and KPIs results in their assigned community.
  • Track customer interactions into CRM and prepare weekly traffic and sales reports.
  • Attend weekly Sales & Marketing meetings at our Corporate Office in Guelph.

What You Bring to the Table :

  • 5-7 years of experience in a sales role or equivalent, ideally in real estate / home sales.
  • Outstanding customer focus and relentless drive to defy customer expectations.
  • Highly driven with a demonstrated track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong critical thinking, interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Saturday : 9 : 30am - 5 : 00pm
  • Sunday : 9 : 30am - 5 : 00pm
