Our client is looking for a Real Estate Lawyer with a minimum of 3 years experience licensed to practice in Alberta who wants more than files and billable hours. This is a rare opportunity to help design the future of real estate legal services shape scalable processes and play a hands-on role in onboarding and supporting a growing network of lawyers.

What Youll Be Doing

Handling real estate transactions with a strong focus on quality efficiency and consistency

Helping design refine and improve legal workflows and processes

Supporting the onboarding and integration of a network of real estate lawyers

Collaborating closely with law clerks operations and product teams

Acting as a legal and practical sounding board as the platform grows

Bringing an ownership mindset to everything you touch

What Were Looking For

Licensed member in good standing with the Law Society of Alberta

3 years of hands-on real estate law experience

Comfort working in a non-traditional fast-moving environment

An entrepreneurial disrupter mindsetyou see inefficiencies and want to fix them

Strong communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally

Someone energized by building not just maintaining
