Responsibilities

Oversee the budget for the facilities department, ensuring efficient resource allocation.

Coordinate services with vendors to ensure timely completion of tasks.

Manage the procurement of parts required for warehouse equipment, automation, and building maintenance.

Handle departmental parts ordering.

Maintain inventory levels and accuracy through regular audits of the parts department.

Address service requests from other departments by assigning tasks to maintenance technicians.

Perform clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and record maintenance.

Collaborate with other departments to facilitate smooth facility operations.

Assist in developing and implementing facility management policies and procedures.

Ensure prompt resolution of all service requests by coordinating with the maintenance team.

Qualifications

Requirements :

Demonstrated experience in a comparable position, ideally within a warehouse or industrial setting.

Robust organizational and planning abilities.

Outstanding communication and interpersonal aptitude.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and facility management software, like a CMMS.

Capability to multitask effectively and prioritize duties.

Understanding of budget management and financial monitoring.

High school diploma or equivalent; additional training is advantageous.
