Part time Bookkeeper

Are you an experienced Bookkeeper looking for part time work? We have a great opportunity with our client in Sidney, BC. The position is contract to start, with the opportunity for permanent hire for the right fit.

Location : Sidney / North Saanich

Pay : $27 / hr to start

Hours : Flexible, approx. 8-15 hours / week

Responsibilities

• Processing payables
• Processing receivables
• Reconciliations
• Processing PO's
• Data Entry
• Tracking projects
• Tax remittances
• Assisting with payroll (timesheets)
• Processing payments
• General administrative support

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in an accounting position
• Software knowledge : Sage 50, Windows 10, MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Sharepoint
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work well on own
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to prioritize & multi-task
