Staffinity is seeking a Senior PM - ICI for an industry leading Canadianclient. This is a hybrid position with 2 days at home and 3 days on-site on inoffice.
The base salary range is 140-170k plus profit sharing, employee shares,benefits, vacation and RRSP matching. The working hours are daytime, Monday toFriday.
Responsibilities :
- Manage allaspects of the project.
- Build andmaintain excellent relationships with owners, architects, consultants, trades andthe public.
- Ensure healthand safety program is being followed.
- Supervise,mentor, coach, and train project personnel.
- Ensure that allpermits, insurance, and bonding are in place.
- Assist in the tenderingprocess.
- Convenepre-construction meeting.
- Manage thebudget process.
- Participate inthe design process when required.
- Manage the valueengineering process when required.
- Prepare, maintainand update the baseline schedule.
- Issue letters ofdelay.
- Manage theChange Order process.
- Manage cash allowances.
- Prepare monthly billings.
- Reconcileaccounts.
- Process shopdrawings.
- Conduct regularsite reviews and visits.
- Prepare ProjectCost Reports
- Manage projectcash-flow.
- Track delays andapply for Extensions of Time and additional costs.
- Manage allday-to-day correspondence.
- Receive all moneyat the end of project.
Qualifications :
- Engineeringdegree (Civil / Construction / Architectural) or technical college diploma inConstruction Management or equivalent combination of technical training and / orrelated experience.
- 10+ years ofexperience in the ICI construction industry.
- 8+ years ofgeneral contractor experience.
- Advancedknowledge of construction, estimating, budgeting, scheduling, cost control, andcontract administration.
- Experiencepromoting a strong safety culture.
- Gold SealCertified an asset.
- LEED Accreditedan asset.
- Net Zero, WELLand Passive House an asset.
- Microsoft Project,Suretrak, Primavera P3 or P6 an asset
- Axis AccountingSoftware an asset
- Procore and BIMsoftware knowledge an asset
