Our client is a leading Consulting firm looking to hire AI Security Specialist for a 12-month contract role.
Your new role
- Effective liaison with Vendors (Microsoft, others), Internal technology teams (Global, Member Firms, AI COEs), Business, ITS, Risk and Privacy teams to be able to gather adequate information on their requirement.
- Research and vendor engagement to stay ahead of developments in Gen AI and Ai ecosystem, before some of the request’s show-up for our intake.
- Detailed assessment of the Business use cases for AI and mapping them to Cyber threat scenarios for effective and enriched cyber security risk assessment.
- Adequate documentation and tracking of AI requests as many of the AI request rely upon changing use cases.
- Tracking to help in efficient investigations and objective security assessments.
- Contributing to the development of and staying well informed about Security and Risk guidelines related to use of AI in the Firm.
- Reporting concerns and challenges in a timely manner to leadership.
- Proposing and participating in POCs / Pilots for new security capabilities in AI.
- Maintaining information and knowledge on uing and latest AI technologies, their use, and risks.
What you'll need to succeed
- 5+ years’ experience with secure design and project risk assessments for cloud including SAAS solutions - focused on AI technologies such as security in Generative AI, SAAS based AI solutions involving data analytics, AI in collaboration technologies, AI technologies such as Google Bard, Azure Open AI, Open AI, etc.
- Excellent understanding of information security standards / practices (e.g., CSA CCM, ISO, PCI DSS, NIST CSF, NIST 800 : 53 etc.
and aspects related to data security protection.
- Knowledge in API security, data analytics environments, scripting in well-known languages such as Python, AI threats such as model poisoning, user prompt injections, jail breaks and likewise.
- Previous security experience in a consultancy role collaborating with internal Technology, Project, and Business teams.
- Experience interpreting business, technology, and threat drivers to be able to assess Cyber risks appropriately.
- Ability to articulate risks and rmendations by way of formal documentation along with the ability to explain the risks to leadership as needed.
