THE ROLE Provide excellent customer service for customers entering and exiting the facilityProcessing payments in cash, debit and credit cards through Point of Sale (POS) systemUsing the POS system to facilitate accurate rates and payments by customersKeeping accurate record keeping and balancing daily / shift receiptsProvide customers with details on how to use the facility in a safe and efficient mannerPerform other duties as assigned, including the occasional outside tasks. REQUIREMENTS Ability to communicate in both official languages, French and English is requiredAbility to work shift work including days, evenings and weekends is requiredCSA Approved Steel Toe Shoes or Steel Toe Boots are requiredReliable transportation to and from work is essential. This site is not accessible by public transitPrevious Cashier, Customer Service, and experience with Point of Sale (POS) is requiredAttention to detail is requiredAbility to work with Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and PowerPoint is an assetDemonstrated ability to work safely and promote a safe working environment in accordance with our safety policies.
