Logistics Coordinator

Reporting to the Manager, Logistics and Transportation, the Logistics Coordinator will play a critical role in day-to-day logistics operations and customs clearance activities. This position requires a strong understanding of import / export compliance, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in logistics and customs clearance
• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on experience managing freight / LTL shipments
• Strong knowledge of customs regulations, import / export procedures, and compliance standards
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and logistics management systems
• Exceptional organizational and time‑management skills
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize tasks, multitask, and meet tight deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
• Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis
• IATA / TDG certification in Dangerous Goods is considered an asset

Key Responsibilities

Safety Shoe Requirement

This position requires the use of CSA Grade 1 toe protection safety footwear. Applicants must have access to a pair of safety footwear that meets this requirement prior to starting employment.
