Description of Services

The resource will be responsible for translating business requirements into technical solutions, creating project documentation, and facilitating stakeholder engagement. Key responsibilities include :

• Developing project and planning documents
• Conducting stakeholder analyses and leading meetings
• Defining business, functional, and technical requirements
• Designing business and technical processes and reviewing existing ones
• Facilitating process improvement sessions
• Supporting the development of new IT services
• Organizing project meetings and communication
• Bridging communication between vendors, clients, and technical teams
• Escalating issues and risks with recommendations
• Designing business architecture, system specifications, and database models
• Participating in iterative development and systems design
• Producing project artifacts using XML, UML, and web-services technologies
• Managing documentation and project schedules
• Reporting on project status, risks, and timelines
• Ensuring effective communication across all project phases
• Identifying user training needs
• Performing additional duties as assigned by the Project Manager

The candidate must have demonstrated proficiency and experience with MS Project Professional Software, configuring Project Server in an enterprise environment, and working closely with business clients across complex projects involving multiple business and technical areas. Experience in coordinating with vendors and third parties, planning and scheduling, risk and issues management, and change management is essential.
